This announcement replaces RNS No. 2339K released on 29 June 2026 at 16:14 which quoted the incorrect currency in the purchase price.
tinyBuild, a premium video games publisher and developer with global operations, announces that it has been notified that Alex Nichiporchik, CEO, has purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of £0.093 per ordinary share.
Following the transaction, Alex Nichiporchik's beneficial interest in the Company amounts to 230,276,100 ordinary shares, representing 57.97% of the issued share capital.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provides further detail.
