Board Appointment
tinyBuild, a premium video games publisher and developer with global operations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Giasone (Jaz) Salati to its Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect following his appointment as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as previously announced on 29 June 2023.
The following information is disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Giasone (Jaz) Ulisse Salati, aged 48:
