Further to the FTSE Russell notice released on 20 October 2021 in relation to Morrison (Wm) Supermarkets (UK): Constituent Deletion, please note the FTSE 100 Index replacement and resultant replacements in other fixed indexes.

Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash offer for Morrison (Wm) Supermarkets (UK, constituent) by CD&R Bidco (non constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Morrison (Wm) Supermarkets (UK, 0604316) will be deleted from the FTSE 100 Index.

Darktrace (UK, BNYK8G8) will be added to the FTSE 100 Index and deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

TBC Bank Group (UK, BYT1830) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes are effective from 27 October 2021.
