Suspension of trading
Eco City Vehicles PLC has notified the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange ("AIM") that, while it has this morning published its unaudited preliminary results for the year ending 31 December 2010, it has not been able to publish its annual audited accounts for that period by the deadline of 30 June 2011 as the final stage of its audit is still to be completed. As a consequence, trading in the Company's shares has been suspended with immediate effect. Completion of the audit and the release of the annual audited accounts is expected very shortly, which will enable the restoration to trading of the Company's shares.
