WIDGETLABORATORYΒ SIGNSΒ UPΒ WITH SOCIALGO
Bright Things plc today announces that it has signed a Stategic Relationship AgreementΒ (the 'Agreement')Β with WidgetLabratory LLC.Β Leading widget developer WidgetLaboratoryΒ is the firstΒ external developer to be brought inΒ toΒ work alongside Bright Things. It is believed that theΒ relationship with WidgetLaboratory will allowΒ SocialGO network users the opportunity to build highly personalised, scalable, professionalΒ networks ripe for monetisation and community building.Β
TheΒ AgreementΒ provides for a fixedΒ developmentΒ fee to be paid to WidgetLaboratoryΒ inΒ exchange for a shareΒ of any revenues generated by the sale of widgets toΒ SocialGo users.
A WidgetΒ isΒ a small software applicationΒ engineeredΒ forΒ aΒ particular task, such as a messaging service or a reminder tool.Β The widgets wouldΒ sit alongside or on the SocialGo platformΒ and allow network creatorsΒ to add anyΒ numberΒ of widgetsΒ (as they become available)Β to increase the functionality and therefore potential of their site.Β
