Directors' interests in shares

Tavistock Investments plc ("Tavistock" or "Company") announces that it has granted options to subscribe for, in aggregate, 50,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.05 pence per share to its non-executive directors, Dominic Wheatley and Lord Astor. In addition, Oliver Cooke, chairman, has subscribed for 10,000,000 A Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.05 pence per share, as described in the circular to Tavistock shareholders dated 12 July 2013.
As a result of these grants and issues, the interests of the directors of Tavistock are now as follows:
