Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') announces that ordinary shares of 29 1/6 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') were released on 2 April to Bill Magee and Melissa Law, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, in accordance with the Restricted Share Award that was granted to them on 24 August and 4 November 2021 respectively.
For tax purposes, the market value of the Shares was 608.5 pence per Share. No consideration was paid for the acquisition of these Shares.
