Tate & Lyle PLC (the ‘Company’) was informed yesterday that on 14 February 2018 Sara Ahmed and Ayesha Ahmed, persons closely associated with Javed Ahmed, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, each acquired 7,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company at a purchase price of 566.40 pence per share.
