Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) announces that today the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (“PDMR”) were granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) under the Tate & Lyle Sharesave Plan 2011 at an exercise price of 486 pence per share:
