Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tate & Lyle PLC (the ‘Company’) was informed yesterday that 3,119 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (‘Shares’) were allotted on 1 March 2016 under the Tate & Lyle 2001 Sharesave Scheme to Rob Luijten, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities. The option price was 488.00 pence per Share and the transaction took place in London. Mr Luijten has retained all the shares allotted to him.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
