Notification of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them
Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) was informed yesterday that on 13 February 2018 Javed Ahmed, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, and Mrs Ahmed, a person closely associated with him, jointly transferred a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company to their two children as a gift.
The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
