DIRECTOR DECLARATION

Notification regarding external directorships

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9(2), Tate & Lyle PLC announces that Sarah Kuijlaars, Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Company that she has been appointed as a non-executive director of JD Sports Fashion Plc (with effect from 10 November 2025).

On appointment, Sarah will become a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nomination Committee. Sarah will be appointed as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 June 2026.
