Notification of change in Director's details 

Warren Tucker, Non-Executive Director of Tate & Lyle PLC, has been appointed to the Board of TT Electronics plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman elect with immediate effect. Warren will become Chairman of the Board of TT Electronics at the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 6 May 2020.

Warren is currently a Non-Executive Director of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc and the UK Government's Foreign & Commonwealth Office. As previously announced, he will step down from the board of Reckitt Benckiser in May 2020.

This disclosure is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
