Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company"), announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 200,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
These Shares will be issued pursuant to Tate & Lyle Sharesave Plan 2011.
When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of 25 pence each. It is expected that admission will become effective on 2 December 2016.
