Exercise of Options
The Company has allotted and issued 116,335 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company following the exercise of options, pursuant to the Company's approved share option scheme. The Company has made application for the 116,335 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur on 22nd October 2014.
Following Admission, the Company shall have 53,048,436 Shares in issue, each with voting rights, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.
