Admission of Placing
On 9 June 2010, the Company announced that it has raised £2.0million, before expenses, through a placing of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each (New Shares") at a price of 20 pence per share (the "Placing Price") (the "Placing").
The Board of the Company is pleased today to confirm the admission to trading on AIM of the New Shares ("Admission").
As part of the Placing certain Directors of the Company subscribed for New Shares as set out below:

Each of the Directors, set out above, is a "related party" of the Company (as defined by the AIM Rules for Companies) by virtue of their directorships in the Company. The Directors subscriptions are, accordingly, treated as "related party transactions" under the AIM Rules for Companies. Evolution Securities Limited in its capacity as Nominated Adviser to the Company considers the terms of the related party transactions to be fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.
