RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING & SHARE CONSOLIDATION
The Company is pleased to announce that at the general meeting held earlier today all the resolutions were passed.
These resolutions included, inter alia, a 1 for 5 consolidation of the Company's existing ordinary 1p shares (the "Share Capital Consolidation"), which is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, Friday 19 June 2009.
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of the Company's new ordinary shares of 5p each ("New Ordinary Shares") with effect from 19 June 2009, at which time the Company's issued share capital shall comprise 74,077,218 ordinary shares of 5p each, with the ISIN GB00B4QHFM95.
Share certificates in respect of New Ordinary Shares, as appropriate, are expected to be posted to shareholders by 26 June 2009.
Following the Share Consolidation, the Directors' interests in the Company will comprise:

* In order to ensure that the total current issued ordinary 1p shares is divisible by a factor of 5, on 9 June 2009 the Company allotted a single share to Mr Charles Brooks, Finance Director; this share will be eliminated within the fractional entitlement of Mr Brooks' interest under the Share Consolidation.
