Tanfield Group PLC19 December 2005 Tanfield Group PLC Placing Tanfield Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has conditionally placed9,100,000 new ordinary shares in the Company of 1p each at a placing price of20p per share raising £1,820,000. It is expected that these shares will beadmitted to trading on AIM on 21 December 2005.
