Tanfield Group PLC29 July 2005 Tanfield Group plc ("the Company") Directors' Shareholding / Exercise of Options Tim Robinson (Finance Director) and Darren Kell (Business Development Director),on 26 July 2005, each exercised options issued to them by Roy Stanley (Chairman& Chief Executive) over 1,538,461 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of0.01p each. Tim Robinson and Darren Kell, on 26 July 2005, each exercised options over 1,539new ordinary shares at a price of 2p each. Tim Robinson and Darren Kell, on 26 July 2005, each sold 1,200,000 ordinaryshares at a price of 18.5p each and gifted 340,000 shares each to friends andmembers of their respective families.
