Tanfield Group PLC14 June 2006 Tanfield Group plc ('Tanfield' or the 'Company') Directorate Change The Directors today announce that Charles Brooks was yesterday appointed to theTanfield board as Finance Director, and the resignation of Tim Robinson fromthis role. Charles is 43 years old and a chartered accountant who joined the Company fromAgility Systems Limited where he was Finance and Operations Director. He has been working for Tanfield for a number of months on the acquisition andintegration of the Upright Group, the US based powered aerial platform businesswhich the Company announced the purchase of on 26 April 2006. He was previously a director of Circatex Limited which was put intoadministration on 29 March 2004. There is no further information to be disclosedregarding Charles deriving from Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules forCompanies.
