Directorate Change
As notified in the Circular dated 8 September 2010, a consequence of the Company's decision to delay reconvening the 2010 Annual General Meeting until after the outcome of the Open Offer was known is that, in accordance with the Company's articles, Darren Kell and John Bridge ceased to be Directors on the 27 September 2010, as they have served as Directors for terms of three years without having been re-elected by the Shareholders. Darren Kell and John Bridge will continue to fulfil their existing duties for the Company and they will be proposed for election as Directors at the Annual General Meeting on 21 October 2010.
