Tatton Asset Management plc (AIM: TAM) has been notified that on 6 July 2017, Lothar Mentel, Chief Investment Officer, purchased 65,614 ordinary shares of £0.20 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 156 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Mentel and his connected persons are beneficially interested in 463,419 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
