('Titanium' or the 'Company') Appointment of directors Titanium Asset Management Corp., established to acquire companies engaged in theasset management industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. AvigdorKaplan and Mr. Shuky Abramovich as directors of the Company. Messrs Kaplan andAbramovich have been appointed by Clal Finance Ltd ("Clal Finance"), Titanium'slargest shareholder, pursuant to the terms of an agreement between Clal Financeand the Company entered into shortly before the Company was admitted to AIM. Avigdor Kaplan, 67, has been the CEO of of Clal Insurance Enterprises HoldingsGroup, one of the Israels' largest concerns, since May 1997. The Clal Insurancegroup leads the Israeli market in insurance, pensions and finance. From November1992 to February 1997, Mr. Kaplan was the CEO of Clalit Health Services, thelargest health maintenance organisation in Israel, which insures 60% of theIsraeli population. He also was an executive vice-president of Israel AircraftIndustry Ltd where he served from 1978 to 1992. Yehoshua (Shuky) Abramovich, 46, is CEO of Clal Finance, Israel's largestpublicly traded financial institution outside the banking system. From March2003 to December 2006 he was CEO of Clal Finance Batucha Invesment ManagementLimited, the largest investment management company in Israel. Prior to that, MrAbramovich was Deputy Vice-President of Clal Insurance Enterprises HoldingsLimited, a business providing insurance, investment and pension services toprivate and corporate clients.
