Talvivaara Mining Company Ltd14 March 2008 Results of Annual General Meeting 14 March 2008 Talvivaara Mining Company (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, at theAnnual General Meeting of the Company held at 10:00 am today, all theresolutions proposed, as set out in the notice of the meeting to shareholdersdated 29 January 2008, were duly passed.
