Board Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce that Phil Jordan has joined the Board of the Company as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. He will also be Chair of the Company's Security Committee.

Phil is currently Group Chief Information Officer at J Sainsbury plc. Prior to this, Phil was Global Chief Information Officer at Telefonica and Chief Information Officer for Vodafone UK/Ireland and has spent over 20 years in the telecoms sector.

There is no other information to disclose pursuant LR 9.6.13 in respect of this appointment.
