Further to the announcement made on 17 April 2009,Β TaihuaΒ provides the followingΒ update in relation toΒ its application for a certificate of suitability for paclitaxel:
TaihuaΒ confirms thatΒ its appointed Chinese regulatory agent, Beijing Canny,Β hasΒ submitted the additional information required in relation toΒ Taihua'sΒ application,Β to the European Directorate for the Quality of MedicinesΒ ("EDQM").Β
Taihua awaits confirmation from the EDQM that this information has been accepted.Β
