("BrainJuicer" and the "Company")
Substantial Shareholder and Director Dealing
The Company was notified today, that Unilever UK Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder in the Company, has sold 2,070,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 200 pence per ordinary share.
In addition to the above, the Company was also notified today that, James Geddes, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, has sold 125,000 ordinary shares at a price of 200 pence per ordinary share.
Following the above transactions, both Unilever UK Holdings Limited and James Geddes new respective holdings are described below:
