Board Change

Further to the announcement dated 30 November 2022, System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has today appointed James Gregory to the Board of Directors of the Company as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.

Prior to joining System1, James worked at HomeServe Plc as Chief of Staff, Tesco Plc as Online Director, and Capgemini Consulting. He brings 15 years of leadership experience in strategy and transformation, operations and commercial management across digital, distribution and online retail environments. Past roles involved scaling digital businesses, initiating and leading large scale, complex transformations, and delivering new customer propositions.

Rupert Howell, Chairman, commented: "I would like to welcome James Gregory to the Board as CEO and I look forward to working more closely with him. James will lead a strong Executive team, supported by the Board, focussed on delivering accelerated, sustainable growth in the interests of all shareholders."

John Kearon, Founder and President commented: "James is an established member of the team having joined the Company in 2021 and played a central role the recent strategic review. I am delighted to hand the CEO reins over to such a capable successor."

James Alexander Gregory, age 40, holds no current or previous Directorships within the past five years.
