Dividend Timetable

System1, the marketing decision-making platform www.system1group.com today announces that subject to the passing of the relevant resolution at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 25 September 2026, the final dividend of 6 pence per ordinary share in the Company will be paid on or around 19 October 2026 to shareholders on the register on 25 September 2026. The ex-dividend date is 24 September 2026.
