System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has received notification on 17 November 2020 of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares by one of its Directors ("Shares").
Sophie Tomkins, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 8,000 Shares at a price of 140 pence per Share. Following the purchase, Sophie now holds 8,000 Shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's total voting rights.
