("BrainJuicer" or "the Company")
PDMR Shareholding
and
Exercise of Options
The Company announces that John Kearon, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, on market, at a price of 700 pence per share. Following this transaction, John Kearon is beneficially interested in 3,320,209 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.1% of the voting rights of the Company.
The Company also announces that, following the exercise of share options by an employee option holder and a PDMR, it transferred a total of 45,500 Ordinary Shares which were previously held in treasury, to the option holder and PDMR. The PDMR, Susan Griffin, subsequently sold her 40,000 shares, on market, at a price of 715 pence per share.
Following the exercise of options, the Company now holds 961,989 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares and its total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is now 12,264,784.
