System C Healthcare plc ("System C" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options
The Board announces that, pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the System C Healthcare PLC Sharesave Plan 2 (the Company's "Sharesave Plan"), 11,340 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company have been issued and allotted.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 11,340 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 7 June 2010.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 116,140,506 ordinary shares.
