Exercise of OptionsΒ
The Board announces that,Β pursuant toΒ the exercise of optionsΒ granted under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan,Β 172,340Β ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted.Β
Accordingly, application has been made for theΒ 172,340Β new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading onΒ AIMΒ and it is expected that admission will take place onΒ 4Β FebruaryΒ 2010.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.Β Β Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase toΒ 115,305,126Β ordinary shares.Β
