Executive LTIP Awards
SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the multi award-winning managed IT services, cyber security and cloud hosting provider, announces that the Remuneration Committee has granted nil cost options over the ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Adam Binks, Chief Executive Officer and Martin Audcent, Chief Financial Officer under the rules of the 2020 SysGroup Long Term Incentive Plan.
The options granted under the plan relate to the FY22 performance of the Company, and vest 2 years from the date of the grant.
The options that have been awarded to each director are set out below:
