Prior to joining System C, Andrew was Chief Operating Officer of the EducationDivision at Enterprise plc, a provider of outsourced management services tolocal education authorities and schools, where he was responsible for allfinancial, commercial and legal matters for the Education division. Andrew hasalso held senior finance and commercial roles with Jarvis plc, Cable andWireless and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Aged 35, Andrew qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopersin 1996, having previously gained his BSc in Management Sciences, from WarwickUniversity in 1991.
