System C Healthcare plc01 August 2007 System C Healthcare PLC Board Changes System C Healthcare plc ("System C") announces that Jim Horsburgh has decided torelinquish his role as Executive Chairman, but the Board is pleased to confirmthat he has agreed to remain as a Non-Executive Chairman. This change will takeeffect from 1st September 2007 and allows Jim more flexibility to develop hisother business opportunities. John Forrest will remain as Senior IndependentDirector and will also become Deputy Non-Executive Chairman, also with effectfrom 1 September 2007. This will leave the Board with a good balance of four non-executive directors and three executive directors to take System C forwards. Jim Horsburgh commented "After 7 years with System C I am delighted that it hasprogressed to the point where I am able to relinquish my executive roleconfident in the knowledge that the team led by Ian Denley has all the qualitiesto take the company through its next stage of growth. The Board also confirms that, as reported in the trading update on 23 May,trading has continued to be encouraging.
