Director and PDMR share purchases
SysGroup (AIM: SYS), announces that it has received notification that on 22 August July 2017, that Chris Evans, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 14,946 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") for an average price of 38.5375p. As a result, Mr Evans increased his holding to 1,143,110 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.95% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, Adam Binks, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 12,972 Ordinary Shares at a price of 38.45p. As a result, Mr Binks increased his holding to 118,365 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.51% of the Company's issued share capital.
