Supply@Me reports that The Avantgarde Group SpA ("TAG") has transferred to IWEP Ltd ("IWEP"), 5,246,223,449 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the capital of the Company at 0.48 pence per SYME share.
The AvantGarde Group SpA now holds 56.93% of the ordinary shares of the Company's issued share capital. The transfer of a further 6.43% of SYME shares owned by TAG that will take the TAG holding to 50.5% as reported in the RNS earlier today are still to settle.
