DIRECTORS DEALING
The Company has been notified today that Michael Laurier (Chief Executive) and Michael Stephen (Deputy Chairman) purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:-

Following these purchases, Michael Laurier is interested in 15,300,600 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.97 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Michael Stephen is interested in 615,998 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.48 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
As a result of the above transactions, Directors' shareholding now totals 17,982,242 Ordinary Shares equating to 14.10% of the issued share capital.
