SYMPHONY ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES PLC

Director's share transfer

Symphony Environmental Technologies plc ("Symphony" or the "Company"), the environmental plastics and waste-to-value Group, was today notified that on 30 March 2010 Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Officer of Symphony, transferred 1,225,000 ordinary shares that he beneficially owns in the Company to his self invested personal pension plan at a price of 20 pence per share.

This transaction does not affect the total interest of Mr Laurier in the share capital of the Company and he continues to hold 15,063,600 ordinary shares in the Company representing 12.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
