The Company was notified on 14 May 2015 that on the same date, Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Officer, transferred a total of 178,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 8.5p per Ordinary Share to his personal ISA.

Following the above transaction Mr. Laurier remains beneficially interested in 22,571,067 Ordinary Shares, as previously announced on 17 November 2014, representing approximately 15.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
