Issue of Warrants

The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY) ("Sirius" or the "Company") announce that the warrants in the Company (the "Warrants") following the placing announced on the 6 March 2014 have today been issued and settlement in CREST of the Warrants will take place later today. The Warrant's ISIN is GB00BKJ9V379 and the SEDOL is BKJ9V37.

The Company intends to seek a listing and admission to trading of the Warrants on an appropriate exchange, within 90 days. The full terms and conditions of the Warrants are available on the Company's website (www.siriusminerals.com/investors/warrants).
