Sirius Exploration plc03 May 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Sirius Exploration Plc 3 May 2007 Issue of New Ordinary Shares The Company has placed with Wills and Co. 6,700,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25peach at a price of 3p per share to raise £201,000 before expenses, in order toprovide additional working capital. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary sharesand application will be made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
