Dividend

SWP Group plc announces that it has declared a dividend of 0.075p per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2012. The dividend is payable on 28 March 2013 (subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 18 December 2012) to holders of ordinary shares on the register of members of the Company as at close of business on 8 March 2013. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 6 March 2013.
