Declaration of Dividend

SWP Group plc announces that it has declared a dividend of 0.075p per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2013. The dividend is payable on 28 March 2014 (subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30 January 2014) to holders of ordinary shares on the register of members of the Company as at close of business on 7 March 2014. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 5 March 2014.
