Dividend Declaration

SWP Group plc is pleased to announce that it has declared a maiden dividend of 0.2 pence per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2010. The dividend is payable on Tuesday 4 January 2011 (subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday 15 December 2010) to holders of ordinary shares on the register of members of the Company as at close of business on Friday 17 December 2010. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on Wednesday 15 December 2010.
