The Company received notification on 10 June 2008 that, following the disposal of 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company by Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd ("GCICL"), on behalf of one or more of the mutual funds or other discretionary client accounts managed by it, GCICL no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's shares.
