Director/PDMR Shareholding
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG) today announces that on 24 December 2018 Wentworth Limited, a company in which the Chairman, David Williams, has a beneficial interest purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.7 pence per share. The Company also announces that Phil Higgins, Executive Director, purchased 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2.7 pence per share on 24 December 2018.
