Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited: Dividend Declaration

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") has declared a dividend in respect of the period from 1 October 2014 to 31 December 2014 of 1.7 pence per Share, payable on 27 February 2015 to Shareholders on the register on 6 February 2015. The ex-dividend date will be 5 February 2015.
