In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Johnathan Whittle, a non-executive director, has informed the Company that he has been appointed as a non-executive director to Toro Limited, a Company which was admitted with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 8 May 2015 to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange. Toro Limited was also a admitted to the Official List of the Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Limited with effect from 08 May 2015.
